Process of Accreditation

The National Human Resource Certification Academy (NHRCA), UK follows a structured and transparent accreditation process to ensure that institutions offering HR programs meet the required professional and quality assurance standards. The process is designed to evaluate institutional capability, program quality, and alignment with the NHRCA Standards Framework.

01. Application Submission

Institutions seeking accreditation submit a formal application along with the required documentation outlining their organizational profile, HR programs, governance structure, and operational systems.

02. Documentation Review

NHRCA conducts a detailed review of the submitted documents to assess compliance with the institutional, program, and quality assurance standards established by the Academy.

03. Evaluation and Assessment

04. Accreditation Decision

Based on the assessment findings, NHRCA determines whether the institution meets the required standards for accreditation.
